Meet Coach Hailey
Coach Hailey has dedicated her career to developing players and helping them navigate the competitive world of youth and college soccer.
Her coaching philosophy centers around player understanding, intentional development, and empowering athletes to take ownership of their growth.
Hailey has worked extensively within competitive youth and collegiate soccer environments.
Her experience includes:
Former Division I Women’s Soccer Player - Stetson University
Former Division I Women’s Soccer Coach – University of Maryland, Baltimore County (UMBC)
Director of Coaching – Maryland Elite Soccer Club
US Soccer A License / USC Premier Diploma Holder
Years of experience mentoring players pursuing opportunities at the collegiate level.
Through her coaching career, Hailey has worked with players at many stages of development, helping them refine their understanding of the game and pursue their individual goals.
